Puento
Chiomonte
The Puento is one of the central elements of the festival of the patron saint of Chiomonte, Saint Sebastian. Also known as the three of life because of its floral decorations evoking the spring re-birth, it is an expression of the fertility of the earth.

The Puento dance takes place on the occasion of the patronal feast of San Sebastiano, on January 20 or the closest Sunday.
