May 24 was the European Parks Day, created to celebrate the establishment in 1909 of the Abisko Park in Sweden, the first European park!

The slogan of the European day 2020 is #ParksforHealt, Nature and human well-being. The Parks are not only concerned with protection, but also with creating positive contact with nature to protect human health, creating well-being and promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle... and the Parks of the Piedmont Region are also committed to project "Parks to taste".

The Cottian Alps Parks participate to "Parks to taste" with 64 producers and 36 restaurateurs who work in the municipalities of Avigliana Lakes Park, Orsiera Rocciavrè Park, Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Park and Troncea Valley Park.
